We are looking for a candidate for the following position: BI Analyst - BI Engineer in the Marketing Department (remote).
What you’ll do:
- Participate in the development and design of Marketing Automation аnd Reporting System (MARS) solutions;
- Communicate with internal business stakeholders, gather and organize reporting requirements;
- Write system documentation;
- Create specifications for developers, Data Engineers and QA;
- Design, develop, and maintain BI reports (Apache Superset);
- Participate in the design and creation of models (data structures) and datasets for reports in the DWH (SQL, Redshift);
- Work with Data Governance principles to ensure data quality and security;
- Pass Quality Gate and conduct product demos during releases;
- Assist in resolving incidents in supported services.
What we expect:
- Business analysis and understanding of business processes;
- Writing and maintaining documentation and specifications for reporting, data models (non-ML models), and data flows;
- Skills in working with relational databases (SQL, OLAP/OLTP;
- Ability to design and maintain datasets and data models in a DWH (DataVault, 3NF, Star Schema, Snowflake, Datamart, etc.);
- Experience using data visualization tools for reporting (Superset, Redash, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik);
- Ability to consider technical tool limitations when describing and approving specifications.
Would be cool if you have:
- Experience working with data in the marketing and gaming industry domains;
- Experience in product analytics;
- Skills in working with data warehouses (Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery, Synapse);
- Participation in Data Governance / Data Quality;
- Experience writing technical specifications and requirements for web developers;
- Programming skills and experience with cloud services (Python, Jupyter Notebook, Git, AWS, GCP, Azure);
- Participation in any development as a systems analyst;
- Writing technical requirements for developers (frontend/backend/service integration).
