Our Employer Branding Team is looking for a talented SMM Manager.
What you will work on:
- Developing and implementing an SMM strategy in line with the employer's brand goals;
- Creating, planning, and publishing content on various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Telegram) in English;
- Creating a monthly content plan for posts, Reels, and Stories according to the strategy;
- Analyzing SMM activities' results and preparing reports with recommendations for improvement;
- Monitoring social media trends and implementing new approaches to engage the audience;
- Ensuring the relevance of information about the company and projects on target portals;
- Actively participating in all processes of the employer's brand team.
It’s important to us:
- At least 1 year of experience as an SMM specialist;
- English proficiency of B2 level or higher;
- Expert knowledge in brand promotion and effective social media management;
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools;
- Content creation skills (copywriting, smartphone photography, video editing);
- Creative and positive thinking;
- Portfolio (examples of texts, work cases).
