G5 Games is a Swedish developer and publisher of mobile games played by over 250 million people worldwide. We create large-scale projects, such as Sherlock, Hidden City®, and Jewels of Rome®, and continuously enhance their technical foundation.
We are currently strengthening our team and looking for a Creative Producer to lead the strategy for marketing creatives, develop new approaches, and improve production processes. If you're passionate about advertising, quick to spot trends, and eager to shape the creative seen by millions — we’d love to have you on our team!
What You Will Work On:
- Generate innovative and disruptive ideas for video ads, playable ads, and other marketing creatives.
- Write scripts for advertising videos and develop creative concepts.
- Supervise the full cycle of creative production, including coordination with English-speaking in-house and outsourced teams.
- Ensure selected ideas are implemented with high quality and in full alignment with the initial brief.
- Use AI tools to prepare prototypes, draft visuals, or test concepts to accelerate production and optimize workflows.
- Analyze UA metrics, competitor creatives, and insights from spy services (e.g., SensorTower, Apptica) to evaluate performance and inform strategy.
- Stay up to date with current market trends, creative formats, and emerging tools to enhance the efficiency of production.
- Maintain and share expertise within the team, inspiring colleagues and improving processes.
What We Expect:
- Strong skills in idea generation, storytelling, and concept development.
- Experience in analyzing UA metrics and applying data to creative decision-making.
- Proficiency with Google Spreadsheets and research/spy tools for mobile advertising.
- Confident use of AI tools for generating visuals, prototypes, and optimizing workflows.
- Strategic and systems thinking with the ability to structure information and present ideas clearly.
- Ability to motivate, inspire, and collaborate effectively within a multicultural, English-speaking team.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to adapt speech for non-native English speakers.
- Fluent English (native or near-native level).
- Passion for the gaming industry and mobile advertising.
