We are currently looking for an experienced Narrative Director who can develop specialists, establish effective processes, and scale best practices. If you value not just managing but also inspiring and supporting employees in their growth, we would be happy to have you on our team!
What You Will Work On:
- Develop and implement the narrative department strategy.
- Conduct research in the field of narrative design.
- Identify, develop, and implement new successful approaches to narrative design for F2P projects.
- Improve existing processes and introduce new workflows within the narrative department.
- Ensure effective collaboration between the narrative team and other departments.
- Recruit, train, and assess narrative department employees.
What We Expect:
- 3+ years of experience in the gaming industry in a lead or director position and a passion for games (preferably mobile games).
- Excellent knowledge of the mobile games market.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1).
- Strong soft skills.
- Risk management skills.
- Strategic thinking.
- Ability and willingness to train specialists of different levels.
- Ability to create and maintain structured and efficient documentation to support department workflows.
- Strong organizational skills for both personal tasks and team management.
- Ability to present and defend decisions and solutions.
Would Be a Plus:
- Relevant education (philology, linguistics, screenwriting, directing).
- Experience working with Jira and Confluence.
