 What You Will Work On:

  • Development and Support of Tools for the Art Department (2D, 3D, Animation)
  • Creating plugins and add-ons for Maya, Blender, Photoshop, Spine, and other DCC tools
  • Developing exporters, validators, and optimizers (e.g., UI exporter from Figma, 3D asset exporter to Talisman, etc.)
  • Working with graphics pipelines (animation, assets, asset management, automation of asset commit and review processes)
  • Developing and optimizing shaders (including custom GLSL/OpenGL shaders)
  • Integrating neural network solutions into graphics pipelines (e.g., RunPod, ComfyUI, OpenAI API)
  • Automating processes in Photoshop (UXP), Spine, Figma, etc.
  • Developing utilities for collecting and analyzing metadata from various repositories (SVN, Seafile, OneCloud)
  • Supporting and administering RunPod pods, Docker containers, and automating ML workflows

What We Expect:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Technical Artist or Tools Programmer
  • Strong knowledge of Python and JavaScript/TypeScript; familiarity with C# is a plus
  • Proficient in writing and debugging shaders (GLSL, HLSL)
  • Confident in using APIs of Maya, Blender, Figma, Photoshop, and Spine
  • Experience in developing tools and pipelines tailored for artists and animators
  • Experience working with REST APIs, WebSockets, OAuth/JWT
  • Proficient with version control systems (GIT, SVN)
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Skills in optimizing 2D/3D assets and animations for mobile, real-time, and render pipelines
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles; basic frontend/web development skills are a plus


Would Be a Plus:

  • Experience working with game engines (Unity, Unreal, or custom engines)
  • Experience developing AI assistants for image/graphics-related tasks
  • Experience integrating ML/AI pipelines into production workflows (e.g., ComfyUI, RunPod, Automatic1111, etc.)
  • Proficiency in working with asset management systems and CI/CD pipelines
  • Knowledge of optimization principles for graphics and animation on mobile platforms
