We are currently looking for an experienced Game UI Director to lead and develop the user interface design across our projects. You will build effective processes, set high standards, and drive innovation to create user experiences that delight our players. What You Will Work On:

  • Supervision over the quality of implemented UI in company projects;
  • Development and maintenance of UI design guidelines, processes and standards;
  • Implementation of best design practices, methods and tools;
  • Hiring and operational management of UI design team (resource allocation, workload planning, budgeting, deadline tracking, etc.);
  • Goal setting and strategic management of the UI department;
  • Analysis of game UX statistics and proposing options for improving the usability of the interfaces of the company’s projects;
  • Training UI designers in the principles of usability and interface design;
  • Analysis of the market, trends, competitor products in terms of user interfaces and usability.

What We Expect:

  • Over 5 years of experience in UX/UI Design or Product Design;
  • Portfolio of released projects (particularly successful puzzle and hyper casual games);
  • At least 2 years of experience in a management or leadership role;
  • Effective communication, presentation and organizational skills;
  • Ability to create a clear, usable interface and turn it into an expressive, emotionally engaging visual solutions;
  • Ability to see the interface, processes and team as a single interconnected system and make decisions to improve the whole rather than the individual parts;
  • Ability to make UI decisions through the lens of measurable value to the player and the game's business metrics;
  • Passion for games.

Would Be a Plus:

  • Understanding of game design;
  • Extensive gaming experience and a love of games;
  • Visual arts skills;
  • Basic animation, motion design and special effects skills.
