We are looking for a candidate for the following position: Associate Analytics Director.

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with the Director of Analytics to form an effective team to advance the company's analytics;
  • Develop a team of exceptional analysts;
  • Seek ways to apply data analysis, statistics, and ML to achieve the company's business goals;
  • Establish effective communication with various departments and projects within the company to help them more effectively use the company's analytical tools;
  • Study advanced analytical approaches and tools used in the industry and adapt them to the realities and goals of the company;
  • Create new and improve existing company processes related to the work of the Analytics department and the application of analytics in the company.

Our requirements:

  • Experience in the gaming industry or IT in a Senior, Lead, or higher position for at least a year;
  • Overall experience in the gaming industry or IT as an analyst for three years;
  • B2 English (Upper-Intermediate);
  • Advanced proficiency in Russian;
  • High level of soft skills;
  • Risk Management skills;
  • Analytical mindset;
  • Strategic thinking;
  • Practical skills in creating and maintaining up-to-date documentation for department or project operations;
  • High level of self-organization;
  • Ability to concisely and succinctly convey complex ideas and concepts.

What would be cool:

  • Relevant education (mathematical statistics, data work, management);
  • Practical experience with Jira and Confluence;
  • Experience in developing gaming applications.
