We are looking for a candidate for the following position: Project Lead Web UI/UX Designer.
What you will work on:
- Guide and mentor the UX/UI design team in collaboration with the UI Director.
- Ensure the application of best practices in product design.
- Participate in the preparation of user research.
- Stay informed and disseminate knowledge about the latest industry trends, relevant technologies, and design tools within the team.
- Work closely with the UI Director to implement, improve, and maintain effective design processes, guidelines, and practices.
- Maintain the design standards in accordance with the company's quality standards.
It’s important to us:
- Over 5 years of experience in product or UI/UX design, demonstrated by strong cases in the portfolio;
- Understanding of user-centered design principles, demonstrated by real cases;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to convey and justify your point of view, find common ground with colleagues and stakeholders, provide feedback;
- Product and strategic thinking skills, ability to turn business goals into compelling design solutions;
- Basic understanding of front-end, technology constraints, and their impact on design.
